At Bina Beads, every piece is handmade with care and designed to be one of a kind. Because of the unique nature of each piece, all sales are final, and I do not offer refunds or returns.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at Sabrinakrass@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. I’ll be happy to review the situation and work with you to find a solution.

If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your piece, please reach out. While I’m unable to offer refunds, I’d be happy to work with you to create something you truly love.
